You can buy from all the collections in our e-shop (hair accessories, complements and jewelry) in a single order and pay only one shipping charge. The production time of the entire order is based on the latest turnaround time. 

If you purchase items in separate orders we are happy to unify all in a single order and refund the difference in shipping costs. Write us an email at info@elibrehandmade.com or leave a note on message box when you check out, your order will be unified and shipped out as soon as we complete the production time of the last item.

Before buying, we encourage you to properly verify dimension and colors and read our policies to avoid misunderstanding so we'll ensure a pleasing and positive experience with Elibre.

For minor personalization on accessories such as color, comb or ribbons finishing are available on request without any additional fee.

New bespoke pieces made from scratch are welcome! contact us at info@elibrehandmade.com for start discussing your piece.The production time of this kind of pieces are based on intricacy of each item and generally take about 4 weeks to be made. Cost can vary and depends on the type of accessory and materials used, however the final quote will always be approved by you before starting a piece. Rush orders on bespoke pieces are available upon request.

Please take note that we are not able to accept returns and exchanges on tailor-made pieces due to its exclusive nature.

All of our accessories are done by hand, requiring time and attention to detail, so for this reason production times can vary between 1 and 4 weeks and depends the intricacy of each item. You can check production time of each style directly in product page under 'production & shipping' section.

If you need to receive an order as soon as possible we'll do our best to help you. We invite to contact us at info@elibrehandmade.com so we can check the availability to create a rush order and ensure you'll receive your piece in time for the requested date.

We ship worldwide from Italy with two different method at your choice when check out. Standard registered airmail service (2-4 weeks worldwide) and express shipping via courier (1-3 days worldwide) both online tracking and delivery confirmation included.

Package can be insured ( recommended for purchases over 150$ USD ) on selected countries adding 6$ USD. It’s good to know that any package that leave our studio are out of our control and we are unable to avoid possible delays for customs inspections, several weather conditions, loss or theft.

International orders can incur custom controls or an import duty fee, which can be charged upon delivery. These charges vary depending on the country and cannot be specified until delivery has been made. We cannot predict the amount of duties and taxes you will be charged upon delivery so we invite to ask information to your local post office and be prepared to pay them if necessary.

We accept returns of regular items ( not personalized, customized or on sale) in new unworn conditions and with original packaging. Please contact us at info@elibrehandmade.com within 3 days of delivery to arrange the return of good. Please take note that shipping cost for return goods is paid by customer and is non-refundable.    

We invite you to check your order upon receipt, in the event of a defect found (not damaged during transport) or non-comformity of the item, we invite you to contact us at info@elibrehandmade.com within 3 days from receipt, indicating the details of your request, number and date of order, and attaching photo of the damage.

If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider using a track & insured shipping. Without any insurance we can't able to refund the goods if we don't receive the package back.

The defective or non-conforming item must be returned in its original package within 7 days of delivery. For international returns please mark clearly "Returned goods - No commercial value".
Upon receipt of the product, we'll immediately send a replacement or a refund.

Returns and exchanges on custom orders can't be refunded or exchanged due to their exclusive and unique nature.

On our e-shop we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and regular account payments all made through PayPal. Plus no need to have a PayPal account to purchase through our e-shop.

PayPal it's a secure way of purchase, they automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits, the highest level commercially available.

The accessories were photographed under natural light to ensure a more realistic view possible however the colors can slightly differ on computer screen. For veils you can purchase our veil swatches to touch and see our fabrics color and quality prior to order.

We recommend to handle with care any accessory to avoid damages, keep them away from dust and direct sunlight and when not in use place them in its boxes so you make sure you will have a keepsake to cherish for years to come.

Each creation is unique in design, quality and work. A lot of time are involved in the creation of collections with professionals shooting to ensure high quality standards and to meet the needs of the bridal industry, so be respectful of our work and the work of the other professionals involved. Don’t copy the design, scripts and prevent improper use of pictures of this store in order to avoid legal disputes.
