Production times are estimated in working days or weeks (Saturday and Sunday excluded) and start 48 hours after your order confirmation.

Accessories with minor personalizations (color changes of finishes or color changes of elements such as leaves and flowers) keep the same times as made-to-order accessories. Approximately, production requires :

All custom made accessories starting from an idea or requiring more elaborate customization requires extra time for production and is based on the complexity of the workmanship.

However, we have the possibility of making the accessories in rush ( one week production ). Contact us to check availability in making a rush order, if it is possible to make your order urgently, an extra fee of $30 is required to have priority over all other orders we have already in hand.
