All our products are shipped only via DHL express courier with a tracking number to track & trace the journey of your order.

Shipping is made via DHL express courier and will be carried out with the following delivery times:

For shipments to European and international destinations, delivery times are:

Pick up service
'Pick up' service is available at check out where you can come in our showroom in Trevignano, located near Venice (Italy), and collect your order for free.
You will be provided with all the information and times for collection once you have placed your order using this method.

We offer free shipping for all orders over €300 (valid on domestic shipping only).
After purchase, it's unfortunately no longer possible to change the delivery address of your order but we invite you to contact us to check the possibility if it has not been shipped yet. We will do everything possible to accommodate your request.
If you have selected a home delivery and you were not at home at the time of delivery, the courier will make a second ride the following day, notifying you before its arrival.
If, after the second ride, there are problems with the delivery, please contact us with the order number and tracking number to check and solve the problem.
We carefully choose our courier service to ensure the best safety for your orders during transport. However, any package that leaves our office is beyond our control and we are unable to avoid possible loss or theft.
