- Add items to the cart, choose where you want them delivered, and complete the payment.
- We ask for your tax code in order to issue the invoice necessary for our business to comply with legal obligations. ( The tax code is used only for the requested purpose). If missing, we will have to proceed with the cancellation of the order.
- Once the purchase is made, we will send you a confirmation email with all the information related to the order.
custom orders
It is possible to customize most of the accessories you find on our site, both for small changes (changing the color of flowers, leaves, beads, or the color of the finish) and more significant modifications to a model (removing or adding twigs or decorated portions of flowers and beads). MODIFY OR CANCEL AN ORDER
You can modify or cancel an order within 48 hours from the date of purchase.
After that date, it will no longer be possible to make changes to your order because it is in production.
If you wish, once you have received the order, you can make an exchange or a return ( Excluding sale items, customized and made-to-measure items ).

In every product page, you will find under the heading production times the exact production time required. For a multiple order, consider the longest production time among the purchased accessories.
Yes, it is possible to add another item to your order by consolidating everything into a single shipment, if your order has not already been shipped and we will refund you the difference in shipping costs.
