Take note that generally we cannot accept refunds or exchanges on regular and customized accessories due to their delicate nature and for avoid any inconvenience check well all descriptions, measurements and colors.

We accept refunds or exchanges on damaged items only. If we made a mistake, we'll take care of it.
Feel free to contact us at shop@elibrehandmade.com within 48 hours after receiving the good with photos and details of the damage so we can verify that it is defective and we'll send a replacement.

Unfortunately no returns or exchange are applicable on sale items.

RETURNS
Ensure well your provided address will be correct to avoid returning package to Elibre.
The cost of shipping for returning items are paying by customer and are non-refundable. If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
