Bespoke & Custom Creations
Yes. Bespoke design is the heart of Elibre. We can customize an existing model or design a unique piece from scratch that perfectly reflects your personal style and the architecture of your gown.
Simple personalizations typically take 2 weeks. For fully bespoke projects, we recommend reaching out 2-3 months before your wedding. This allows us to source the perfect materials and curate every detail without compromise.
Our process is highly collaborative. You will be involved through sketches and photos during production. We only ship your creation once we receive your final "Yes" and absolute approval of the finished piece.
Your order
Yes, guest checkout is available. We only ask for the necessary details to process your order, such as your shipping address and tax information where required.
Immediately after purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with all order details. If you don't see it, please check your spam or "Promotions" folder.
Because our pieces are made-to-order, we cannot guarantee changes once production has begun. Please contact us immediately if you need to request a modification.
During checkout, simply enter your unique E-Gift Card code into the designated "Discount Code or Gift Card" field. The value will be automatically applied to your order total.
Production & Shipping
The times indicated do not include weekends and start 48 hours after order confirmation:
- Ready for delivery: 2-4 working days
- Made to order: 1-3 business weeks
- Custom: Approximately 2-4 weeks and varies depending on complexity

We ship exclusively via express courier, providing a tracking code to monitor your package. Delivery times are:

While we use premium express couriers, delays may occasionally occur due to external factors (weather, high-volume holidays, or customs) or incorrect addresses. If you have any concerns or your package is delayed, please contact us for immediate assistance.
Certainly. It would be a pleasure to welcome you to our Atelier in Trevignano (TV), Italy. Simply select the "Pick Up" option at checkout to collect your creation in person.

Yes, we offer flexible payment options through Klarna or PayPal "Pay Later", allowing you to split your purchase into interest-free installments.
Your payment is processed at the time of order confirmation, allowing us to reserve the finest materials and begin the handcrafted production of your jewelry.

Currently, our system only supports one primary payment method per transaction (excluding the use of an E-Gift Card combined with a credit card).
Returns & Exchanges
Yes. Standard collection items (non-customized) can be returned within 14 days of receipt. The item must be unworn and in its original luxury packaging.
Contact our support team to receive the return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.
To exchange an item, we recommend returning the original piece for a refund and placing a new order for the desired accessory.
Once we receive and inspect your return, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
We take immense pride in our quality. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos of the packaging and the piece so we can resolve it immediately.
No, as per international regulations for personalized goods, custom-made and bespoke creations are non-returnable and non-refundable.

You can choose between three modes, depending on your needs:
- Email Styling Session: We will guide you through your selection with a personalized consultation to refine your ideas. This is the perfect space to discuss structural changes, sizing, and formal quotes, ensuring every technical aspect of your Elibre accessory is perfectly defined.
- WhatsApp Styling Session: Share photos of your dress and hairstyle with us for a dynamic experience. I will guide you toward the perfect choice using exclusive videos, close-up photos, and sketches. This ensures you can see the craftsmanship in motion and that every detail is captured perfectly through seamless written communication.
- Email Design Session: Our email exchange is a dedicated design journey. Once you send your request, I will get back to you within 24-48 hours with a detailed proposal. We will take all the time needed, usually through 3 or 4 focused exchanges, to finalize every sketch and technical detail of your bespoke piece.
- WhatsApp Styling Concierge: This is a dynamic, "live" conversation. Once we connect, I will dedicate a window of time to send you real-time videos, photos, and sketches. It’s like having a personal stylist in your pocket: we’ll chat back and forth until we find the perfect light and movement for your accessory.
A Note on Time Zones: > I am based in Italy (CET), but distance is never an issue. I meticulously manage our sessions to bridge the gap: we will coordinate a timeframe that works for both of us, or you can wake up to a curated selection of videos and ideas waiting in your chat. It’s like having a personal Italian stylist in your pocket, working while you dream of your big day.
