HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
- Contact us within 14 days: Send an email to orders@elibrehandmade.com to request a return.
- Receive instructions: We will send you all the necessary shipping details and authorization.
- Ship the product: You have 14 days from our confirmation to send it back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products or an error on our part.

In accordance with consumer protection regulations, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return standard accessories and jewelry, without needing to provide an explanation.
The product must be intact, never worn, in its original packaging with all tags and protective materials included.
Please note, we cannot accept returns for:
- Customized or Bespoke accessories
- Earrings (for hygiene and health safety reasons)
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or an error was made by our team.
We process refunds within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a defective product or an item different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will offer a free replacement or a full refund, including all shipping costs. In these cases, the return is entirely at our expense.
