Each piece of our collections is made exclusively and totally by hand in our studio in Trevignano, near Treviso where they are packaged and shipped to Italy and all over the world. Due to its craftsmanship, a slight difference from the original is to be considered a unique and special value.

Before purchasing an accessory, we invite you to view the various models, correctly check sizes and colors, and read our frequently asked questions to avoid misunderstandings and guarantee a pleasant and positive experience with us. 

Yes, is possible to customize the finishing in most of our items or change the color of flowers and leaves without any extra charge. Contact us for your custom changes or for any additional information you may have.

When you buy two or more accessories in a single order, the production times are based on the accessory that will have the longest processing times. If, on the other hand, you need to receive the items at different times, you will need to make two separate purchases or contact us at info@elibrehandmade.comto help you fulfill your request.

If you want to buy another item but you have just placed your order we will be happy to combine everything and refund you the difference in shipping costs. Write us an email or leave a message at check out with your previous order code. Your order will be unified and shipped as soon as we have completed the production time of the last item added.

In order to preserve an exclusive character in the collections, all our pieces are limited. If an accessory is out of stock or unavailable contact us at, we will help you to fulfill your request.

From the color change to the new model, we create customized accessories based on your needs. Discover our 5 steps to make yours customized accessory with simplicity and zero stress.

For customizations such as color change or finish (gold / silver) are available on request and at no additional cost. Costs may vary for base change between hairpin or comb, we suggest to write us via email at for more information.

Our accessories arrive in the #scatoladeisogni, the very sturdy and resistant Elibre institutional box to better protect and preserve your accessories until the big day and beyond. The jewels will be sent in small soft suede clutches.

We recommend that you handle the accessories with care to avoid damage, keep them away from sunlight, humidity, hairspray and perfumes which could damage your accessories in the long run.  

shipping & timeframes

We are a very small artisan reality that respects all the care and time necessary to create small and big pieces of jewelry, our timing will therefore be different compared to other e-commerce.

For accessories in ready to ship mode will be shipped out in 2-3 business days after purchase.

For accessories made to order and custom pieces will be shipped in 2-3 weeks after purchase.

For items ready to ship, the shipment will take place in 2-3 working days with delivery throughout the world in 3-7 working days.

If your article is made to order and you need to receive it within a week contact us by email at to check availability to place a rush order and make sure you can receive it on time.

Our shipments are all made with DHL Express courier for worldwide orders. You will be provided with a tracking number to track and trace your package.

You will receive your order in 1-2 working days for Europe, 3-5 working days for worldwide delivery . Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at check-out. 

For any information regarding the status of your order and delivery times write to info@elibrehandmade.comreporting your order number. We will reply as soon as possible and as soon as your order is shipped, the tracking data will arrive.

Any package that leaves our studio is out of our control and we are unable to avoid possible loss or theft. For this reason, there is the possibility to insure the package adding 15$ (recommended above € 150) at the time of checkout and be fully refunded if the package is lost. For all uninsured packages we are unable to give refund.  


We accept returns of standard items (non-personalized, bespoke or on sale) in new condition, unworn and with original packaging. The costs of returning the item will be paid by the customer. 

If your item arrives damaged we will cover the costs of the return and we will send a new accessory or you can choose a refund.

We do not accept returns on customized accessories and on sale. For hygienic reasons we do not accept returns on earrings.

For all return procedures, please contact us at within 7 days of delivery.

The refund takes place after the return has been made. After receiving the goods in our studio and declaring their conformity, the refund will be credited to you in the same way made for the payment. Shipping costs will be refunded in case of non-conforming or defective goods only.

We give the possibility to exchange a standard accessory (not personalized or on sale).

Write us an email requesting the availability of the new model before proceeding with sending back the other piece. This service is active only for items equal or greater than the first purchase. Transport costs of the item are charged to the customer.

The accessories have been photographed in natural light to ensure the most realistic view of the colors possible, however they may differ slightly across the computer screen.

Each creation is unique in design, quality and workmanship. A lot of time was dedicated to creating collections with the help of professionals to ensure high quality standards and meet the needs of the fashion industry, so we ask for respect for our work and the work of the other professionals involved. Do not copy the design, scripts and misuse of the images present on this site and owned by Elibre in order to avoid legal disputes. 

All accessories posted in this shop are not toys and are not suitable for children under the age of 3.
