Due to their fine craftsmanship, each accessory may differ slightly from the sample shown in our shop and is to be considered a unique and special value, always maintaining all its preciousness and meticulous details. You will wear a unique masterpiece!

In order to preserve an exclusive character in the collections, all our pieces are limited in time. If an accessory is out of stock or no longer available contact us and we will do everything possible to satisfy your request.

Yes, it is possible to customize most of the accessories you find on our site, even for small changes ( such as changing the color of flowers, leaves or beads) or color finishing (gold or silver).

We also offer the exclusive service of bespoke creations of a new model starting from an idea or inspiration. Discover our 5 steps to create the accessory of your dreams.


For small customizations, such as color changing of finishing (gold or silver) or changing the color of flowers and leaves, they are available for free upon request, therefore we invite you to write us to check the availability of materials and colors.


For modifications such as replacing the base (hairpin or comb) or more important design changes (removing / adding twigs or decorated parts with flowers and beads) the costs may vary, we recommend to contact us for receive a exact quotation.


To create a new model starting from a sketch or idea, the exact quotation will be give to you alongside with a drawing of your dream accessory, which you can confirm or modify according to your idea.

You also have the option to book an appointment in studio, located in Trevignano (TV) Italy , or a virtual appointment, where we will help you in your choice.

Yes, if you wish to purchase another item but have already placed an order on the site, it is possible to unify everything and send your accessories in a single package even if from separate orders.

At the time of purchase you can leave us a message in the box during check out with your previous order code or Contact us and we will help you.

Your order will be unified and shipped when we have completed the production time of the last added item and we will refund you the difference in shipping costs.

To preseve and store over time our accessories, as beautiful as they leave our studio, we have written some useful tips of how to storage bridal accessories .

(ITALY ONLY )We are a small artisan company with a flat rate regime and as such we have made the decision to issue invoices instead of receipts for each order received. To comply with legal obligations, we require the tax code at the time of ordering in order to issue the invoice and ship your accessory.

The tax code is used only for the requested purpose.

shipping & time frames

We recommend making the purchase as soon as possible or as soon as you have identified the right one for you.

The best time are approximately 2-3 months before the date of your wedding so that you can wear the accessory with your hair stylist.

However, we have the possibility of making the accessories in rush (max. 1 week ). Contact us to check availability in making a rush order, if it is possible to make your order urgently, an extra fee of €30 is required to have priority over all other orders we already have in our hand.

We are a very small artisan studio that respects all the care and time necessary for the creation of small and large treasures, our timing will therefore be different compared to other e-commerce websites.


The items ready to ship I am are already made and available for shipping. Shipping and delivery will take place in 4-6 working days for worldwide delivery with express courier.


The articles made to order have 2-3 weeks for production (on each product page you will find the exact production time required).


For the accessory of your dreams a piece created starting from scratch took  3-4 weeks for their special production and the exact times will be given to you at the time of quotation.


It is possible to create accessories in rush ( about 1 week production). Contact us to check availability by placing a rush order. If it is possible to place your order in rush, we apply an extra fee of €30 to have priority on all the other orders we have in hand. For rush orders with multiple items the extra fee of €30 will be applied to each item.

Yes, it is possible to receive an accessory in rush. You can find some of ours ready to ship accessories available immediately to ship out or it is possible to make them with rush production times of 1 week.

All our accessories are shipped via express courier only to worldwide destinations and you will be provided with a tracking number to follow your package along the way.

When you purchase two or more accessories in a single order, production times are based on the accessory that will have the longest production time.

You will receive an order confirmation at the time of purchase (check your spam if you haven't received it) while we start processing your order.

In the meantime, take note of the production times that we will need to make your order, once is ready you will be informed when we will ship it along with a tracking number to follow your order trought your doorstep.

For any other information about the status of your order you can contact us within your order number.

We carefully choose our express courier service.

However, any package that leaves our office is beyond our control and we are unable to prevent possible loss or theft.

For those who wish there is the possibility to choose the insured shipping for your package at check out and in case of lost or theft you will fully refunded.

Attention: We cannot refund any packages without insurance. 



  • We accept returns of standard items (not personalised, bespoke or on sale items) in new condition, unworn and with original packaging within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • The costs of return are paid by the customer. 


  • We do not accept returns on personalized, bespoke and on sale accessories.
  • Before purchasing an accessory we invite you to view the different articles, check sizes and colors correctly, you can also read our useful guides or request a free virtual appointment to have all the information in hand to choose your accessory, avoiding misunderstandings and guaranteeing you a pleasant and positive experience with us. 


  • For hygienical reasons we do not accept returns on earrings.

If your item arrives damaged we will cover the costs of the return and send you a new accessory or you can choose a refund.

For return procedures please contact us at or via the form contacts within 7 days of delivery.

Unfortunately, returns or exchanges are not applicable on sale items.

If the request to make a return meets all the requirements of our return policy, we will proceed with the refund.

Once we received your order and declare its conformity we will refund you, totally or partially, based on each individual case, with the same method as the payment made.

Shipping costs will be refunded in the event of non-compliant or defective goods.

We give the possibility to exchange a standard accessory (not personalized or on sale) with an alternative standard accessory, in new condition, unworn and with original packaging within 7 days from the delivery date.

  • We reserve the right to refuse to exchange an accessory if we receve it in unsuitable condition.
  • Attention: for hygienic reasons, is not possible to exchange earrings.

Contact us to confirm the availability of a article exchange before proceeding sending back your order.

  • The exchange service is active for items with an amount equal or higher than the cost of exchanged accessory.
  • The shipping costs for the exchange of goods are paid by the customer.
