WHAT’S HAPPEN AFTER THE PURCHASE?
We start taking in hand your order and if is a made to order product we start the production of your piece. When your item is ready and leave our studio you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to track the status of your package till your doorstep.

WHEN I WILL RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders usually ship out within 3-5 business days after being placed online while made-to-order items are specified on the item's page with an estimated ship timeframes. Shipping time varies between the country you live in and the shipping method chosen, standard or express, be sure to check our shipping page with all timeframes details

I NEED MY ORDER IN RUSH, WHAT I HAVE TO DO?
We know that sometimes need an item very soon for a fixed date or simply so exciting to receive the order soon, so if your item is made to order, adding our ‘rush service’ option with a fee of 25$ USD, you gain the priority from all the orders we currently have in hand and the production start soon. During check out, selecting the express shipping option, you access to fast worldwide delivery in 2-3 days.

HOW MUCH COST A CUSTOM ORDER?
The cost for a custom order can vary depending the type of accessory and materials used but all following a specific budget decided in accordance with the customer for avoid unpleasant surprises. If you have leftovers fabrics and laces from your dress, that’s most of times are expensive, can be used for a perfectly matched piece with a budget saving.

HOW CAN I CHOOSE MY BRIDAL VEIL?

HOW TO TAKE MY HEAD CIRCUMFERENCE?
For most of our styles one size fits all but in certain Elibre’s items and bespoke pieces are sometimes suggested your head circumference for the perfect fit. All you need is a soft tape line to turn around your head trough the front and behind you ears to met the tapeline again. Where the tape line leans will reveal your head measure (Assure you that tape line don’t have to be tight around your head but simply placed softly)

DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM ORDERS?
Yes, we’d love customization and personalization on items and it’s more easy thank you think! Just contact us to bespoke@elibrehandmade.com telling us your favorites (hairstyles, bridal dress and details...) and any information that can help us to hit the point and create your perfect piece.
During production of any custom piece, will be sent some pictures for take a look at the making of and to be sure is what you dream and looking for.

WHAT’S YOUR REFUND POLICY?
Refunds or exchanges are offered for damaged items, for regular and customized accessories generally are not accepted due to their delicate nature but we want you to know that your satisfaction is most important thing to us.
